Sometimes all you need is a nice place where you can have a good night rest and a cold shower. You may choose to stay for a week or a month depending on your need.
We offer short-term studio unit rentals to budget-wise balikbayans & business travelers. WIFI is unlimited. Your own kitchenette allows you to cook.
Now you can visit your relatives or do business without paying for a hotel. The Lakeside Residences is a 3,300 sqm private property owned by Blueacres Land and Development.
As a limited service apartment, we don't offer function rooms, swimming pools, gyms, room service and the like, but for a very reasonable price you get the following:
- double size or queen side bed with sheets and blankets
- comfy pillows
- day bed or bunk bed
- clean shower and toilet
- kitchenette for your cooking needs
- electric stove, cooking pans and wares
- all purpose table set
- airconditioning
- TV with Cable
- absolutely free unlimited WIFI connection
For your laundry needs, there is a laundry area and there is also a laundry shop just a few steps away. Convenience stores are just around the corner for your needs.
